Biobased home-compostable alternative to single-use plastic won the Green Alley Award in April and the second place of the Future Hamburg Award this June.
The startup’s winning idea is a material that claims to be one step ahead of other bioplastics on the market today. Thanks to the special technology developed by the German startup, agricultural industry residues are transformed into a sustainable alternative to film or hard plastic packaging or plastic coating. The result is an all-natural material that is not only completely bio-based but can also be composted in your organic waste bin within two to nine weeks.
“We are especially happy about this award not only because Hamburg is our home base – it is also the place where it all began, where the first ideas for traceless were developed, and where our company was founded. Since traceless’ early days until today, we have received a lot of crucial support here from many sides, all helping us on our mission to create materials designed for nature, for a future free of pollution and waste”, – reacted traceless materials to its recent award.
